What type of information do we collect?

What are Cookies?
Cookies make everything a lot easier. When you visit the Site, we send a small amount of data to whatever browser you use. That data is stored on your hard drive and is used when you return to the Site. Cookies remember your browsing history and preferences to help tailor your experience on our Site and make navigation smoother. To make sure nobody accidentally accesses your account, permanent cookies are not used on the Site.
Where is my information stored?
Verified is a SaaS system and therefore utilizes third-party vendors and hosting partners for all of system needs (hardware, software, storage, networking etc.) required to keep the Verified going. We own and operate the Verified system which help us to organize your data, but you own all rights to your data as stated in the Terms of Service document.
How is my information protected?
Verified is committed to protecting your information. While no service such as Verified can guarantee data security as the information threat landscape is constantly changing, we regularly review and enhance our security protocol and procedures in an effort to provide the highest level of protection for the information you have provided to us.
What about information that I display publically on the Site?
Verified is a platform for storing and sharing and collaborating with photos and data. The service provides ways you may make some of your information public. By "public", we mean you authorizing photos to be shared with others, commenting on publically available photos, or linking your account to other social media platforms that you currently use. Once you have opted to make information public, we can no longer protect this information for you.
What if I cancel my account with Verified?
We will retain your information and make it available for use in the system for as long as your account is active. You can deactivate your account at any time. We will keep some of your information necessary to comply with legal requirements and to resolve conflicts. If you want to leave us permanently, we will do our best to delete all your information as soon as possible.
What if this Privacy Policy changes?
We may change this Privacy Policy. If we do, we will let you know, either by posting the changes on the Site or by notifying you through the email address provided when you set up your account.

By using www.verified.com (the "Site"), operated by Verified.com Network, Inc. ("Verified", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to the terms and conditions contained in these legal notices and in the Privacy Policy. Please read these terms carefully. Access
Access to the Site is permitted on a temporary basis, and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend the service provided on the Site without notice. Verified will not be liable if for any reason the Site is unavailable at any time or for any period.
Term

Compliance

Acceptable Use and Conduct

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Verified and its suppliers from any and all loss, cost, liability and expense arising from or related to your data, your use of the Site, or your violation of these terms. Any unauthorized use of the Site is a violation of this Agreement. Such violations may subject the unauthorized user and his or her agents to civil and criminal penalties. Use of the Site must not infringe or violate third party rights. Verified reserves the right to terminate any account that it finds in violation of its Terms of Service by receiving abuse complaints higher than allowed, without refund.
User Registration
In order to access and use certain content, features, or functionality of the Site including, without limitation, placing an order or reviewing your customer account, we shall require you to register for the Site and have a unique username and password combination ("User Credentials") and provide certain additional information, which may include, without limitation, customer name, address and email address (collectively, a "User Account"). We reserve the right to deny access, use and registration privileges to any User of the Site if we believe there is a question about the identity of the person trying to access any account or element of the Site. Verified shall not be responsible or liable for any loss that you incur as a result of someone else using your User Account and/or password.

Verified makes no representation or warranty of any kind including as to the completeness or accuracy of any of the information the Site contains. In particular, you should be aware that this information may be incomplete, may contain errors or may have become out of date. Verified makes no commitment, and disclaims any duty, to update any of the information on the Site. To the extent permitted by law, we, other members of our group of companies and third parties connected to us hereby expressly exclude all conditions, representations warranties and other terms which might otherwise be implied by statute, common law or the law of equity.
Liability

Verified provides a secure platform for the collection of data used in geotechnical survey reports and analysis. Each photo captured using Verified is linked to context data including notes from the field, GPS coordinates and directional information, categories, tags and more. Using that data, photos can be placed directly into your corporate GIS systems, with assets clearly mapped and catalogued. Our export filters allow for easy access to your data for third party, trusted applications.
